SMS/E-Mail Alerts

RetailPOS Advantage allows SMS or e-mail alerts to be sent to a specific employee (usually a manager or the boss) when an employee performs a no sale (the opening of the cash drawer), a refund, a pay-out, or a cancel sale over a specific $ amount. When it’s a cancel sale you can set a minimum amount that the sale total must be, and this can be either set at system level or at employee level (for instance, if there’s a staff member you don’t trust!).

For the SMS functionality (including Marketing) you need to have purchased SMS credits from Retail Solutions.
